Exciting new restaurant being built on Collins Ave and scheduled to open late 2013 is looking for an experienced pastry chef that has an exceptional ability to execute cutting edge pastries.
The restaurant is lead by the youngest 2 Michelin Star rated executive chef in the country and he is looking for the right pastry chef to join the team and execute his vision in the pastry department.

The right candidate will have:
Must live in in the Miami area or is relocating to the Miami area Culinary Degree Specializing in Pastry 2-5 years Experience producing cutting edge pastry in a fine dining restaurant Experience in Europe is a plus Knowledge of P & L and cost controls Ability t o lead a small pastry team
