Good knowledge of method and materials use to prepare food for large scale production.
Good knowledge of how to use and care for cooking utensils and equipment’s/
Knowledge or sanitation and safety practices used in food handling
Serve safe certified
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in high volume setting
Culinary degree for an accredited school helpful but not necessary.

Must be able to work flexible hour and stand for long periods of time.
Must be Abel to push, pull, light and drag up to 40 pounds.

Full Charge Pastry Chef for successful 238 Room hotel with fantastic food and beverage and Banquets

Designs coordinate and prepare dessert within company guidelines of our menu, dietary requirements and the standard of appearance and taste. Prepare a variety of desserts according to BEO order or specific and instruction follow approved procedures. Make special dessert for holiday theme parties and/or as required. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned pastry room by proper care, cleaning and strict of equipment’s and utensils. Position duties may include other tasks ad deemed necessary by managers in order to fulfill the requests of the hotel.
