Creates/prepares/produces/bakes breads, rolls, breakfast pastries and desserts according to standard recipes while maintaining a neat and clean work environment in a safe, accident-free manner. Maintains highest quality and appearance of all foods sent from kitchen and make sure plates are clean and appetizing. Controls the proper storage of the product. Prepares daily requisitions for supplies and food items.
