Knowledge of medical terminology. Excellent communication skills in spoken and written work, interpersonal, and conflict resolution. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruption. Must be able to multi-tasked. Computer skills (Personal Computer and Mainframe) 1-2 years of college preferred. Minimum of 2 years customer service and healthcare experience preferred.
