As a member of the Interdisciplinary Team the Participant Access Representative will work collaboratively with the ESP team to provide high quality coordinated care. This position will provide clerical and clinical support services to the Elder Service Plan’s clinic providers allowing for effective participant care. This position will explain clinic routines and clinical procedures to participants and family members. The person in this role will have the abilities to communicate clearly over the phone, in person and in writing, ability to work independently, problem solve, great attention to detail, and good customer service skills
Note: Level II positions are multitask positions with functions consistent in both clinical/clerical areas. Employees are expected to perform clerical and health aide responsibilities in addition to the responsibilities assigned to all Patient Access Representatives.
Medical Assistant certificate or experience required
