Responsibilities include: working with patients to schedule, reschedule and or/cancel appointments; determine and validate patient eligibility, validate patient demographic information; pull records and file documentation.Â
Qualified applicants will have at least 1 year experience in medical office scheduling and ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.Â General medical ethics, telephone etiquette, outstanding customer service skills and strong computer skills are also required.Â
