Fast growing private practice is looking for a motivated and caring front office coordinator. Responsibilities will include: answering inquiries and obtaining information from patients over the phone and in person, scheduling appointments, maintaining database and other administrative duties for the office. This position requires an interactive relationship with the patients and excellent phone skills.

High School diploma required. Technical training in office administration and computers helpful.

Experience :
1-3 years experience as receptionist in a medical setting is required. Database and computer experience is required.
