- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-2 yrs experience preferred
- Customer service skills are required
High school diploma or equivalent, and one year in a professional office environment or equivalent. Must be a mature, responsible individual who is assertive, confident, and caring. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization, and computer skills required; minimum 35 wpm typing required. Demonstrated effective communication skills both verbal and written. Demonstrates knowledge concerning hospital registration adhering to current hospital policies when appropriate.

Responsible for the effective processing of written and verbal information related to patients, coordinating the flow and functioning of the unit, and facilitating communications among all medical staff, hospital staff, patients, and visitors.
