Qualifications: Prior coding and billing experience necessary; minimum 2 years. CPC or CMBS necessary. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel helpful. Prior experience in at least one of the two primary components of healthcare billing or follow-up.
Prior experience in customer service helpful. Computer skills. Duties: Analyze accounts, identify and correct errors, submit claims, filing, copying, correspondence, answer phones, verify coverage, and research accounts.
