the development of channel marketing strategies and tactics based on deep
health insurance subject
Serves as the subject matter expert on
channel to GMs, regional marketers and
upstream product managers to configure
value proposition for
effective value delivery in the
and execution of health plan strategy in the region.
Insight & Expertise
Develop a strong level of insight into channel marketing and core business drivers; lead channel marketing primary and secondary market research, including distillation of channel data and analytics into channel insight
Provide guidance on call point requirements and tactic prioritization for channel
Consult on design of channel focused tactics at franchise level
Provide voice of customer into the strategic planning
Have clear understanding of health plan industry trends and drivers as well as competitive landscape to inform strategic marketing initiatives locally and regionally
Build influence and credibility via client management/consultation and effective application of analytics; help internal clients be good consumers of marketing
Develop regional health reform strategy with focus on Medicare Advantage, ACOs and Health Exchanges to drive execution marketing opportunities to grow populations under collaborative agreement with health plan customers
Channel marketing strategy and tactic development
Design and develop
impactful, regionally-focused channel
marketing strategies and plans that market the Quest value proposition to the channel and delivers value across the full portfolio
marketing plan for channel including incremental tactical programming recommendations and
investment requirements to maximize
opportunities and yield high ROI
Regional Leadership (RVP,
Regional HP AEs, Regional
) to design and execute on channel-specific
strategies that maximize ROI
Critical Know How and Skill
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to synthesize customer and market insights into prioritized marketing opportunities;
skills including management of agencies and vendors to ensure execution
Demonstrated leadership over large scale marketing campaigns and initiatives that improved business results
Bachelor’s Degree, Business degree preferred
experience; Minimum 6 years success in a marketing role
Up to 50% business travel required
