What are the work hours? Full time – 8 am to 4:30 pm M – F.
Flex time available.
What’s the pay? Depends on what you’ve accomplished so far
What’s the gig? Assist with maintaining the company travel & expense system, Concur, and the corporate credit card program. Train and guide employees in the use of the system. Help to complete semi-monthly payroll processing, reconciliation and reporting. Maintain data integrity between HRIS system, NuView, and Payroll System, ADP. Manage the timesheet system and uploading information into payroll. Assist with premium billing, posting of cash receipts, collection of past dues, scanning and mailing. Miscellaneous assignments as assigned by supervisor.
What do I need? Associates Degree in Business Administration or Accounting is preferred. Payroll or ADP knowledge is a plus. Must be able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information and be knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel and Word. Good interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. Problem solving skills. Possess basic accounting skills. Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
