Responsible for the administration of all areas of payroll and timekeeping processes. Administer the bi-weekly payroll schedule,
taxes, recordkeeping, auditing and security within the systems. Provide payroll and timekeeping assistance to employees as well as the HR team.

  • Coordinate and facilitate the activities of payroll processing of bi-weekly payroll for multiple pay groups (locations) in addition to quarterly, year-end and special payroll runs
  • Process and maintain all required employee information in the payroll system as required by State and Federal law
  • Process, audit and ensure the accuracy of payroll input
  • Provide clarification of policies and ensure adherence of policies regarding timekeeping and payroll
  • Processes payroll audit reports and submit reports to appropriate internal teams
  • Maintain wage garnishments
  • Maintain and update timekeeping and payroll systems, including maintenance of security
  • Maintain accurate documentation for employee and payroll files as required by law and employer policies and procedures
  • Coordination and facilitation of payroll year-end and W-2 distribution
  • May require travel to other locations for implementations, training, or support to other locations
  • Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information
  • Maintains regular, predictable, and consistent attendance

  • High School Diploma or (GED) equivalent and three or more years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience with ADP payroll and eTIME a plus
  • Proficient with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with Vlook-ups and pivot tables a plus
  • Demonstrates thoroughness with all work related activities
  • Maintains a professional, friendly manner at all times when dealing with employee-related issues
  • Multi-tasking abilities, organization and execution skills
  • Judgment and decision making with situational awareness
  • Strong analytical skills and project management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal relations skills
