Manages Regional Site Managers (RSMs) within an assigned region or program, ensures appropriate staffing, ascertains that all timelines are met, and upholds quality monitoring standards. Functions as a liaison between RSMs and in-house clinical team and manages overall budget compliance for sites. Additionally, the Regional Operations Manager (ROM) assists in the development and implementation of Global Monitoring Operations policies and represents Global Monitoring Operations in various activities. The Regional Operations Manager is a regionally based position.
Minimum Qualifications to be considered for this position:
Allied Health Professions degree (PA, RN, RPh), relevant clinical experience, or four-year life science degree
Minimum 5 years monitoring experience in a pharmaceutical or device company or clinical research organization. Both field and in-house experience are desirable
Supervisory experience (direct preferred)
