Verify weekly time sheets and input payroll data for hourly employees.
Prepare bi-weekly payroll which includes: transmitting direct deposit, printing and distributing payroll checks and reports, maintaining employee confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Set up withholding orders and direct deposit requests.
Collaborate with HRIS Administrator and other personnel in answering questions and solving problems regarding payroll.
Complete monthy salesperson commission statements.
Reconcile payroll taxes and compete tax returns.
Assist in reconciling year end data in preparation for W2 distribution.
This position requires a two year business degree and at least one to two years of prior experience with accounting procedures and financial reporting. Good computer skills are required. Previous payroll experience is highly recommended.
