Position Definition: Assisting the payroll department with various functions to ensure the entry of time and attendance and payroll functions for CSW and all of its affiliates.

Essential Functions
*Data entry of time from excel sheets into Time and Attendance software.
*Troubleshoot issues with timesheets and time off requests as needed.
*Assist with various special projects as needed.
*Maintain interface with Human Resources department.
*Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
*Associate’s degree in Finance and/or Information Systems or equivalent experience preferred
*1-2 years of related Accounting/Finance experience
*Knowledge of Information Systems to write/run reports
*Working knowledge, of MS Office especially Excel and Access and Crystal
*Prior knowledge of payroll and scheduling is helpful

Physical Demands
Some lifting, twisting and sitting for long periods of time will occur. 90% of work is done sitting in front of a computer monitor.

Work Environment
Work is normally performed in an office environment. Must be available to work every other weekend.
