Performs and coordinates accurate and timely performance of payroll processing, time and attendance, 401(k) contributions and loan funding. Reviews/Analyzes all steps of the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely completions of payroll transactions. Reviews, analyzes and audits payroll data to ensure accuracy and minimize exposure by following labor laws, taxing requirements and departmental procedures. Must proactively and consistently engage in payroll associations to remain educated on current regulations.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. 6-10 + years of payroll experience in a supervisory roll with direct reports.
Must have APA fundamental certification, CPP preferred. PHR a plus. Working knowledge of KRONOS and ADP Enterprise, Advanced Excel skills must. Must have strong demonstrable knowledge of Federal, State and local payroll laws.
