Principal Duties

· Responsible for all Payroll Processing
· Process bi-weekly payroll processing for all locations (1300+ employees and growing)
· Resolve employee issues related to payroll
· Communicate changes in company policy and company procedures to employees
· Liaison with ADP and Payroll system

Education and Experience Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Human Resources or related is preferred
· 4+ years experience in a Payroll function
· Previous payroll processing experience required
· Experience working with ADP preferred
· Strong systems experience including Excel and HRIS

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements

· Team oriented with ability to interact within and outside of the organization
· Able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines with quality in a fast-paced environment
· Must be able to work individually as well as on a team
· Ability to interact with all levels of the company
