Prepare and process bi-weekly and monthly payrolls which
will include verifying hours, wages and deductions.
Update and process changes to employee records, maintain
Ensure compliance with federal and state wage and hour
Participate in the new hire orientation process; assist
employees with completion of their new hire and benefits
Processing new hires benefit enrollments, payroll
changes and terminations.
Update and create reports as needed.
Assist employees with questions and concerns.
High school diploma required, Associates Degree in
business or comparable work experience preferred
Three – five years of payroll and payroll benefits
Experience with payroll software, Microsoft Office,
especially Word and Excel; Email and Web Browser
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A basic knowledge of various employee benefit programs,
have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Possess the ability to create and interpret reports as
requested by management
Demonstrate a positive attitude, be well organized,
detail oriented and a self-starter. Must be dedicated,
honest and responsible and support organization's goals
