Principal Duties

  • Responsible for company-wide Payroll Processing and Reporting for 3 business entities
  • Process bi-weekly payroll processing for all locations (900+ employees and growing)
  • Resolve employee issues related to payroll
  • Primary contact with payroll vendor, ADP, for HR/Payroll software
Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor¬ís Degree in Business, Accounting, or related is required
  • Payroll Certification
  • 5+ years experience in a multi-state, multi-company Payroll function
  • Familiarity with cost accounting
  • Previous payroll processing experience required
  • Experience working with ADP software in payroll and HR modules
Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements

  • Strong systems knowledge of ADP WorkForce Now - HR/B and Payroll modules
  • Analytical profile with strong technical aptitude, advanced excel skills required
  • Able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines with quality in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Understanding of importance of structure, process and procedures
  • Federal, state and local payroll tax knowledge
  • Ability to communicate within and outside of the organization
