POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for accurate and timely run of multi-state payroll, compliance with federal/state regulations and maintenance of all necessary supporting documentation.

RESPONSIBLITIES:
Reviews all support documents from HR department

Maintains ADP/HRB, Deltek and CostPoint systems

Assures accuracy of interface from HRB system into payroll system

Correct calculation of final pay for termed employees, salary changes, etc.

Answers all direct payroll questions for employees

Handles all multi-state regulation forms and any changes in state taxes

Fills out forms and requests for employees (mortgage applications, etc.)

Helps in reconciliation P/R in G/L

All other projects as assigned

Required Skills

EDUCATION, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Key Skills:
Ability to work independently

Highly detail oriented

Good organizational skills

Ability to multitask

Ability to handle pressure to meet deadlines

Experience:
Minimum of five years of payroll experience

Education (Degree) or certifications:
Minimum of two years college Finance (Bachelor's degree preferred)
