?Payroll administrator for 134 employees
?Prepare cash requirements and communicate with Management accountant.
?Prepare and upload payroll information into financial system.
?Headcount reporting (monthly/ad-hoc)
?Password resets for time management system
?Process and on-board new hires, terminations, transfers and all other related employee status changes.
?First point of contact for employees at every level, including responding to email queries, phone calls and face to face requests regarding payroll, benefits and other HR-related issues.
?Conduct open enrollments for insurance benefits, maintains benefits enrollment in HRIS and vendor websites.
?Reconcile welfare plan billing with payroll and prepare for payment.
?Manage reporting requirement for benefit and welfare plans (i.e. ERISA Compliance, Audits)
?Complete census data requirement for benefit plan calculations
?Maintain personnel files
?Serve as back-up for HR Manager
?Plan and implement training programs for corporate policies and standards; administration of training program (Training Mine
?Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting, Human Resources Management or related field with HR experience
?Proficient in ADP
?Proficient in MS Office Applications
?Working Knowledge of SAP
?2-5 years payroll processing experience in ADP
? 2-5 years Benefits Administration with knowledge of self-Insured plans, DC and DB Plans, welfare plans;
?Experience with HRIS
?Demonstrated knowledge of Employment Laws, federal and state payroll laws;
