We are currently looking for a Project ManagerAnalyst with PeopleSoft Finance application development team Responsibilities Continually monitor information needs and design new or modify existing systems to meet changing requirements Lead requirements gathering functional analysis design and system configuration Coordinate all levels of system and user testing and acceptance Initiate reengineering processes by working with business owners Comply with all standard internal controls and processes Analyze the data that exists in the current PeopleSoft database Analyze existing business process to provide input on potential future improvements Design new business process and workflow to address business needs Controls planning and execution of the Projects activities and resources to ensure that established cost time and quality goals are met Works with moderate supervision and is responsible for applying Project Management knowledge skills tools and techniques to Project deliverables processes and systems in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations Manage BNYM SDLC methodology and any audits DESIRED Experience with the SDLC and CMM PMP Certification Experience working with PeopleSoft Finance 89 91 Experience with multiple large fullscale full life cycle PeopleSoft implementations working with both functional and technical teams Experience with business process reengineering including gathering and documenting requirements Strong business and systems analysis skills The job holder manages the planning organizing and implementation of multiple complex technical projects (projects involving multiple systems interfaces andor programs) She takes projects from original concept through final implementation She is responsible for assembling the project team and assigning individual responsibilities She directs and controls all work performed in the framework of the Work Breakdown Structure She provides technical and analytical guidance to the project team Minimum 10+ years experience required She has knowledge of technologies at use within the project(s) for which she is responsible Job holder must have extensive experience with managing client expectations implementing service improvement initiatives and communicating effectively with senior management on servicerelated issues Prior experience managing major impact projects and planning and tracking multiple complex projects requiredShe develops detailed project plans schedules estimates resource plans and monitors project results for significant deviations She may manage the integration of tasks for vendor and other engineering groups and track and review their deliverables She manages client relations to ensure that service expectations are developed and met She ensures adherence to current project management standard processes and ensures compliance to quality assurance policies PeopleSoft Finance 8.9 - 9.1
