General Summary
Delivers supplies, equipment and pharmaceuticals to customers. Assists with warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, stocking and physical inventory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Packages patients’ orders and delivery slips. Delivers pharmaceuticals, supplies and equipment to customers.
2.Stocks/maintains warehouse and assists with physical inventory.
3.Cleans/maintains/tests electronic infusion devices and other home medical equipment. Informs supervisor of defective equipment and/or devices.
4.Utilizes precautions for handling hazardous materials in the event of chemo spills and adheres to Company procedures. Disposes of hazardous/infectious waste as required.
5.Participates in branch, department and intra-department meetings and quality assurance activities. Adheres to JACAHO standards relevant to materials management including home medical equipment.

For Supervision: N/A
For Internal and External Relationships: Operations and warehouse teams in preparation for deliveries, patients/families and caregivers for deliveries.

For Organization Influence:
Limited to packing/shipping orders, assigned inventory duties, infusion equipment maintenance and patient deliveries.

Limits of Authority:
Works under moderate supervision of warehouse manager

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or the equivalent and 1 year delivery/warehouse experience. Valid Driver’s License. Department Motor Vehicle (DMV) record check. Use of personal vehicle.
