(GCC) is a high growth solutions product company within Card Services. GCC offers corporate clients high-tech, electronic and innovative solutions to streamline their purchase and payment processes. The GCC Analytics Group, which is responsible for business level reporting, metrics, scorecards, strategic initiatives and trend analyses, is in need of a high energy, self-starting Performance Analyst with expertise in Commercial Card and data management processes.

role, you will be focused on supporting the reporting needs of the Airplus Partnership. JP Morgan Chase and Airplus International have formed a strategic partnership which will provide corporations and their employees with integrated expense management solutions that deliver local expertise with worldwide reach. The comprehensive offering will provide leading solutions to both business travelers on the road and their travel managers at home.
You will be called upon to perform numerous responsibilities, including the following:
Use SQL, MS Access, and MS Excel to import, arrange, manage, analyze, interpret and report facts and trends to management in order to make sound business decisions.
Work with multiple tools and data resources (e.g., CCDW, CPII, CustTrax, WCP, etc.) in order to aid the business with both strategic and tactical decision making.
Build models using SQL, MS Access, and MS Excel to assist in the automation of various reporting and data management functions.
Experience with SAS, Business Objects, Cognos, or Visual Basic is a strong plus.
Using tools developed in this role, the analyst will assist management with strategic initiatives as well as execute tactical assignments as matters arise. Additionally, you will act as the liaison between other business aligned Analysts, in order to leverage best practices and benefit from other data management resources within GCC Analytics. Finally, this position will assist in the development of performance measurements and quality reporting that will satisfy various business needs of the Airplus product.
The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of the GCC products, with emphasis on Commercial Card and will possess superior skills in building positive business partnerships, analyzing data and communicating results. Additionally, advanced MS Excel and MS Access skills are required with SQL experience preferred. Specific qualifications include, but are not limited to the following:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management preferred
3 to 5 years experience in commercial card
Advanced MS Excel and MS Access database skills
Experience with SQL programming preferred
Experience with SAS, Business Objects, or Visual Basic would be a strong plus
Working knowledge of management reporting tools
Strong business analysis and operations management skills
Strategic thinking, problem solving and time management skills
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Self motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple priorities
Ability to lead small projects, possess intellectual curiosity, and be able to independently identify financial issues and partner with appropriate groups for resolution
Highly organized as well as detailed and deadline oriented
Ability to see bigger picture while understanding the detail
Willingness to contribute in a team environment
Proven understanding of the Bank's systems, policies and processes.
