The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) is a government agency providing services to other Oklahoma government agencies. We are seeking two (2) full time, unclassified Performance Analysts for our Administration Division in Oklahoma City. We offer a comprehensive Benefits Packet , and a competitive annual salary up to $45,000 based on education and experience.

The Performance Analyst assists in the planning, direction, and coordination of performance management operations and service efforts and accomplishments (SEA) functions. Supports the development and maintenance of comprehensive, integrated systems for recording quantifiable performance and productivity information including inputs, outputs, and outcomes. Aids in the planning and direction of performance measurement assessments to ensure accountability and reliability of performance and productivity information. Assists with the development and preparation of the performance-based and related reports. Provides consultation and training to agencies’ staff in the development of strategic plans and performance measurements.

Principal Activities: •

Assists in the management of a comprehensive state-wide performance analysis and reporting program which integrates Governmental Accounting Standard Board (GASB) requirements and recommendations, statutory requirements, and agency procedures. •

Receives, reviews, and compiles complex statistical data; compiles and edits data for accuracy and completeness. •

Supports the facilitation of assessments of resources used (inputs) related to activities, functions, and services of the State. Educates on developing performance measurement and reporting skills. •

Represents the agency and the unit, interacting with other governmental agencies and outside entities, and with individuals at varying levels of authority •

Compiles statistical, financial, and other performance data used for preparing key performance measurement (kpm) forecasts and projects. •

Conducts evaluation research regarding programs and projects. •

Reviews and evaluates published materials in specialized fields. •

Assists in the compilation and preparation of managerial and public reports and presentations of performance for various stakeholder groups. •

Participates in other special projects including strategic and project planning and program evaluation projects.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

This position requires Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or other related fields.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on word and Excel, is required.

Preference maybe given to individuals with: experience in governmental accounting or auditing and / or experience in performance measurement and reporting.
