The Performance Analyst is responsible for supporting Undertone’s premise of driving “Stand Out Brand Experience” by ensuring that our campaigns are performing successfully on a daily basis. This key role is responsible for partnering with the client services team to drive the overall optimization strategies and recommendations and therefore, deepen our client relationships and credibility.
Partner with the Client Services team to drive successful campaigns across our product suite
Work directly with clients to understand goals, resolve issue and recommend strategies to improve performance
Join in facilitating client meetings and presenting as needed and act as a subject matter expert in regards to campaign management and strategies
Closely monitor and analyze campaigns on a daily basis, and optimize towards clients click through rate, cost per action, interaction rate and brand goals
