Responsible for leading performance improvement projects and/or act as primary performance improvement resource using LEAN methodologies and tools in order to achieve desired project goals and business outcomes. This position will also contribute to the development of best practices and optimization of resources and tools within projects and across performance improvement efforts.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience required. Performance Improvement Experience, Problem Solving Experience, Critical Thinking Skills, Strong Financial & Decision Support Skills, Facilitation Experience, Mastery of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Preferred Qualifications: Master’s in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field, Lean Certification, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, Microsoft Project Experience, Statistical Software Experience
