Value and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve high-quality deliverables within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Develop people. Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/training.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, MIS (business perspective) or Business plus 5 years of related work experience; OR a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, MIS (business perspective) or Business plus 4 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, 4 years must be in providing advisory services in the finance function and other operational areas that impact the finance function (e.g. Order to Cash; Procure to Pay; Close to Report; Budgeting and Planning; Shared Services/Outsourcing).
Must have experience in managing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations.
Must have demonstrated record in driving revenue within existing clients at the C level of Fortune 500 companies.
Must have experience in program management for large scale business transformation projects and programs.
Must have experience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction to team members.
Must be willing to travel on short notice to meet client needs; travel estimated at 80%.
