The Performance Marketing Manager (PMM) plays a key role with the Sales and is responsible for the continued optimization of customers' PPC campaigns, display advertisements, grid listings and lead generation accounts. The PMM will build relationships with their customers and proactively communicate with them. This individual must possess the ability to learn quickly, multi-task and be able to work successfully in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and facilitate the onboarding of all new clients/campaigns sourced by the sales team
  • Initiate and maintain highly-satisfactory, responsive working relationships with advertisers at all phases within the client lifecycle
  • Upsell and cross-sell into existing clients
  • Assume primary responsibility for assigned advertisers by building and nurturing relationships, anticipating needs, and establishing credibility
  • Provide follow-up on all customer inquiries to ensure proper actions have been taken
  • Identify issues and develop plans for issue resolution using both pure data and anecdotal information
  • Develop contacts and cultivate relationships at all levels within account base
  • Listen to customer and communicate opportunities and feedback to management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience at an interactive agency or in the digital space
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and skills
  • Must be highly motivated with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
  • Strong Project management skills
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications and SalesForce.com
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Great interpersonal skills are required. The successful candidate will be communicating daily with key Business.com sales team members, advertisers and staff.
