Job Description:
National Security Partners is seeking a mid-level
performance and budget specialist with 5-7 years of
experience in the planning, performance management,
programming and budgeting field. (Emphasis on
performance measurement)

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic planning, goal setting, preparation of
interagency guidance to facilitate information
sharing.
  • Using budget tools to move interagency government
programs forward.
  • Implementing organizational performance measurements
and associated performance improvement programs.
  • Analyzing large quantities of information and
recommending presentation mechanisms for senior
government personnel.
  • Writing correspondence, position papers, talking
points, and other documents assigned by government
lead.
  • Applying knowledge of federal law, policy and
guidance related to information sharing to
investment activities and performance management.

Job Requirements:Required Qualifications:
  • TS/SCI with Poly
  • Bachelors or graduate degree from an accredited
college or university.
  • Demonstrated experience or knowledge in program and
budget planning, execution, and management across
multiple organizations in the executive branch of
the Federal government, to include OMB.
  • Experience in performance management and its
relationship to federal investment.
  • Ability to analyze large quantities of data, with
specific expertise in the display of data to support
analytical conclusion
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, SharePoint
and other data bases which are applicable to the
performance metrics
  • Ability to perform data analysis and data management
  • Demonstrated experience developing performance
management frameworks and/or maturity models
  • Ability to effectively communicate orally and in
writing
  • Ability to work in a matrix team environment with
diverse goals preferred
  • Good understanding or direct experience in
cybersecurity, information operations or computer
network operations preferred
  • Understanding of FISMA desired
