Income Tax and Financial Planning firm is seeking a full-time personal administrative assistant with experience in a sales environment.
Responsibilities include :
interfacing with clients,
coordinating promotional activities/events,
completing and processing paperwork within specific deadlines,
researching client and company inquiries,
compiling a variety of portfolio performance reports,
preparation of correspondence and filing.
Job requirements include: Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook), must be able to work in a fast paced professional environment with the ability to multitask and think independently. Strong administrative, computer and customer service skills are essential. Series 6 or 7 License preferred.
This position will require working out of our BonitaSprings and Fort Myers office.
