Utilize the sales process to identify needs and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers. Meet individual and branch goals for sales and service. Build and maintain professional customer relationships through customer service excellence. Assist with branch operations when branch management is unavailable. Comply with regulations and AnchorBank policies/procedures.
CERTIFICATE/DEGREE/LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: None.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Two years direct sales or teller experience with demonstrated sales results required.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Previous computer experience in a window environment required. Experience with MS Word and Excel preferred.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent required.
COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS: Effective verbal and written communication skills. Extensive direct, written and telephone contact with customers and AnchorBank personnel.
Consideration may be given to education/experience in lieu of these requirements.
FULL-TIME, SIX DAY, PAID TRAINING required for this position.
