with Frost, you will be responsible for identifying and meeting the financial services needs of a select portfolio of customers. Responsibilities will include making a minimum number of referrals to new business; using sales opportunities to meet assigned personal goals for deposit and loan products by discussing personal financial needs with customers and recommending ways in which Frost can best serve their needs; and managing an assigned portfolio of customers with a focus on acquisition, expansion, and retention of customers. The candidate will maintain a high level of proficiency regarding all Frost products, with a particularly high level of expertise on all deposit and loan products.
