Personal Bankers (PBs) are responsible for building strong relationships with customers by following a pre-defined relationship building process learning about customers needs by asking advice oriented questions resulting in the offering, selling and referring financial products and services (i.e. Checking Accounts, CD's IRA's, Loans and referrals to investment partners) to both consumer and small business customers. Demonstrate Northways fundamental values and exhibit a positive commitment to the companys objectives. May be required to work weekends and/or extended hours and regular, reliable attendance is critical.
