To manage and develop a portfolio of relationships with target segments that lead to deposits, loans and other revenue generating products and services. Take a lead role in creating an outstanding client experience and helping the Financial Center meet sales objectives. Responsible for contributing to the team’s growth and profitability with extensive focus on management and growth of Book of Business, business development and client cross sell activities for the team

Required Skills

2-year college in business related field

Experience in financial services including developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals and building referral sources (minimum 3 years, minimum 2 years for entry level)

Proficiency in sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, prospecting and networking

Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, experience with outside calling

Ability to work in a team environment

Strong financial acumen, general knowledge of commercial lending to small businesses

Ability to establish credibility and rapport, excellent customer contact skills

FINRA Series 6 and 63 investment licenses, state insurance license – a plus
