The Personal Shopping Assistant provides selling, clientele and operational assistance to the Personal Shopper.
Assist Personal Shopper during the selling appointment
Build an appropriate relationship with the Personal Shopper's clients
Ring all transactions at POS
Enter and maintain accurate clientele information
Follow up on all alterations, sends and coordination of all transacations
Maintain appointment calendar
Pull merchandise for client appointments
Ensure all unsold merchandise is returned to stock
Ensure cleanliness of fitting rooms, utilizing housekeeping and maintenance services when necessary
Perform additonal duties as needed
Excellent organizational and follow up skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Computer and systems proficiency
Fashion sensibility
Previous sales experience is a plus
Must be able to work a full-time schedule, inclusive of evening and weekends
