A unique opportunity for a personal assistant in Millbrook NY. 5 years+ experience working as a personal assistant. Ability to travel both domestically and internationally a must. Duties to include running errands, oversee running of multiple homes and small staff, event planning, organizing personal finances and schedules for family of four, etc. Highly motivated, self-starter. Able to multi-task and complete tasks in a timely manner. Organizational skills and ability to develop and put into use inventories of homes and schedules for yearly tasks associated with properties. Must be computer literate with Quickbooks and Quicken experience and have a college degree. Driver's license and valid passport. Willingness to do whatever needs to be done. Will also be assisting owner with development and growth of boutique business. Please email resume with past and present work references and salary requirements. Hours are Mon - Fri 9 -5 with overtime as needed. Retail/buyer experience and design background preferred.
