We handle everything from pre-export paperwork to international quarantine laws, from flight bookings to customs clearance. Shipments range from military dogs to Afghanistan, horses to Honduras, poison dart frogs to Switzerland, and thousands of mosquitoes to research labs.

About You:
We're looking to hire a Corporate Accounts Manager who has superior organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and deliver results under tight deadlines. You should have exceptional skills in following-up, following-through and consistently carrying out of tasks to completion. Your ability to think independently and take ownership of projects while closely working with your team to achieve its goals will be an important part of your role.
Your proven track record of delivering timely and impeccable service to corporate executives and relocation specialists in a fast paced environment will contribute to your success in this role. Being a quick study and mastering industry terms, processes and technologies involved in logistics, travel, pet care and services will be equally important. Your extraordinary interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with peers, subordinates and supervisors will also help you with your day to day responsibilities.
You will need to be comfortable and confident in your ability to handle constant change and frequent ambiguity because in a start-up like ours we must dynamically adapt to the challenges of doing business in a rapidly growing and ever-changing industry. We will look to you to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external clients and achieve this with the highest degree of professionalism.

Expectations and Objectives:
The Corporate Accounts Manager will be responsible for consistently delivering the highest level of customer service to existing corporate accounts (relocation companies) in a timely manner. He/She will service the current needs and proactively anticipate next steps in all the relocation demands of the corporate clients. The Corporate Accounts Manager will be responsible for documenting and improving the bidding/quoting process as well as streamlining internal and external communications with corporate clients.
Monitor and respond to bid requests via phone and corporate emails
Work closely with the corporate relocation move coordinators to relocate their transferee's pets internationally and domestically
Work with corporate transferees to create a custom pet travel plan including logistics, and navigation of country requirements
Develop efficient internal processes to increase efficiency and profit
Create standards and best practices to ensure high-level customer service
Establish stronger relationships with relocation service providers and HR executives to facilitate increased business
Establish metrics to monitor response times, number of bids, close rates, and customer satisfaction
Secure, schedule, and produce remote presentations

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in any of the following roles: Account Management / Inside Sales / Customer Service / Hotel & Restaurant Management / Administration
Mastery of CRM platform, preferably Salesforce
2+ years of experience in a client facing role with an exemplary record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations, managing conflict resolution and handling escalations
Superior written and verbal communication skills
