Advancements and growth have led to an exciting opportunity with our Learning Group for a Pharmaceutical Project Leader in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities:

Project Leaders are responsible for managing the day-to-day elements of the definition and delivery phases of training, including detailed customer interface, coordination with other business unit’s management of the project deliverables, timelines, budgets and processes

Responsibilities include:
 Manage the delivery of multiple Pharmaceutical projects including:
o eLearning
o Technical Platforms including LMS, CMS, and Intelligent Meeting Technology
o Print Backgrounders
o ILT Training
o Teambuilding Events
o Product Launches
o Live Meetings
o KOL Support
 Manage non-Pharmaceutical projects, when needed
 Provide work instructions and other relevant data to the project team
 Develop project status reports
 Manage project budget
 Primary contact to the client and internal team during development and on-site delivery of deliverables
 Lead client calls and meetings
 Travel as needed (typically 3-5 times per year)
 Travel to clients, as needed
 Collect/Identify desired enhancements from client and prepare Change Orders
 Review training materials and provide direction and feedback
 Participate in client medical, legal and regulatory meetings
 Manage medical, legal and regulatory review process
 The ability to develop, coordinate and manage timelines
 Responsible for the quality of the project deliverables
 Assist in the development of task orders and budgets
 Maintain strong client/team relationships
Qualifications:

Successful candidates will have a BS/BA in Business, and 7+ years of business and pharmaceutical related project management experience; PMP certification a plus. In addition, qualified candidates will have experience in traditional training, eLearning, poses strong leadership skills, on-site meeting logistics experience, the ability to be proactive, excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects at once, and identify the impact of changes from one area of a project to another.
