DESCRIPTION

Hotze Pharmacy is committed to enabling our guests to enjoy a better quality of life by compounding biologically identical hormones for use in hormone replacement therapy.

We are looking to promote our product sales through effective interaction with health care professionals and organizations to increase the awareness and use of our specialized products.

Our hormones are compounded in a state-of-the-art facility using pharmaceutical ingredients from FDA approved wholesalers. The integrity of our compounded preparations is maintained through daily quantitative assessments and monthly qualitative analysis performed by an independent testing laboratory.

DUTIES

  • Plan and implement an effective call plan
  • Build effective business relationships with health care partners and customers
  • Prospect for new business
  • Develop strategies to approach potential customers and increase sales
  • Cold calling health care professionals to set up appointments
  • Distribute information to health care professionals
  • Product demonstration
  • Answer questions from health care professionals
  • Organize and execute sales presentations
  • Develop and present educational programs
  • Maintain detailed records of all contacts and meetings and creating reports when needed
  • Keeping current with clinical data and presenting this data to health care professionals
  • Keeping informed about the activities of health care professionals and organizations in a specific area
  • Keeping current with the competition's products, service offerings and activity
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all company support departments
  • Provide an after sales service
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or compounding pharmacy sales
  • Proven ability to promote and sell products and services
  • Knowledge of compound medication, bio identical hormones a plus
