The Pharmacist contributes to the highest quality of patient care by dispensing medications and monitoring their effects in seeking optimum patient outcomes. The role of the Pharmacist is to accept responsibility for patients’ drug therapy outcomes. This includes the appropriate management of drug therapy and resultant positive patient outcomes, with avoidance of negative effects of medications. Graduate of approved pharmacy program and Washington State licensure, or eligible. Knowledge of and compliance with State and Federal Laws and Regulations regarding the practice of pharmacy. Knowledge of and compliance with Universal Precautions. Educational background and/or experience in the assessment and treatment of all age groups served. One weekend per month and on call for day and evening shifts.
