Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy, the Pharmacy Administrative Analyst will provide analytical and staff support, secretarial assistance and project management. Monitor and maintain departmental databases, operational and quality reports. To assists in the day to day operations of the pharmacy department.

Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
License/Certification: Current California Certification as a Pharmacy Technician
Experience: Two years of progressively higher administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3 years as a Pharmacy Technician in an acute care setting preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Ability to create computer graphics. Ability to create and analyze statistical reports. Ability to create and compose correspondence. Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and telephone skills. Ability to type 55 words per minute, proficiency with 10 key. Ability to work harmoniously with a diverse employee population. Ability to interact with all levels of staff within the Hospital. Excellent judgment in exercising discretion and diplomacy.
