Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:
Responsible for all functions related to physical handling of orders and electronic order creation, packaging and shipping, and receiving and replenishment of products and supplies. General duties and responsibilities include:
Problem and exception order research and resolution, misc ROCC (and Order Entry reporting, order entry and TEP). Responsible for the verification, packaging, and shipping of prescription drug orders and assisting with additional shipping duties such as exception investigations, reports, training, and special projects. Performs a variety of duties related to the process of all receiving and replenishment of product through the facility to include direct and wholesaler products as well as supplies of inventory. Support and demonstrate solid commitment to customer satisfaction and quality. Support and adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Required Qualifications:
Document preparation- receive, sort, and count all incoming mail, and prepare order documents into batches for scanning, including identification forms and payments. Data perfection- review image exceptions and enter identifiable information as necessary in accordance with SOP. Reviewing accuracy of electronic deposit, making approved deposit corrections, and reconciling checks not deposited or in a complete state. Verification, packaging and shipping of prescription drug orders- reviewing for accuracy. Researching escalated issues-research internal/external complaints, participate in system testing, off-line research of participant eligibility. Handling shipping exceptions investigations and reporting. Assisting the materials coordinator with the processing of receiving and replenishment products. Preferred Qualifications:
Pharmacy Experience Education:
