Graduate of an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy; Active Registered Pharmacist in the State of Louisiana and in good standing with the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy; At least 5 years experience in institutional (Hospital) pharmacy and at least 3 years supervisory experience at a department manager or assistant manager level; Must be able to demonstrate intimate knowledge of hospital operations, pharmacy regulations and computer systems. The Pharmacy Services Supervisor shall assist in the overall management and operations of the pharmacy, and may assume the operational duties of the Director in his/her absence.
