PHARMACY SUPERVISOR Home Infusion - Hours are M-F 8:30 am to 5:30 pm! On-call is shared with 2 other pharmacists and a PRN. Works out to be every 3rd to 4th weekend and 2-3 nights per week (depending upon staffing) it is left up to the team how the weeknights are worked can be 1 full week per month or spaced over each week.
