Job Purpose :
The Photo Coordinator for NBC Entertainment Photo Services will assist the Executive Director of Photography, Photo Producers and Post Production Manager for Bravo and USA Network in all aspects of all corporate, event, publicity, episodic and gallery photography.

Essential Responsibilities :
Provides administrative support for the NBC Entertainment Photography Department in the following areas:
  • Updating and tracking various photo reports
  • Assist in budgeting and quarterly accruals
  • Administer payroll and process timesheets for freelance hires
  • Manage departmental billing and processing
  • Process T&L and P-card expense reporting
  • Maintain contact lists for photographers, assistants, and photo department
  • Set-up meetings
  • Arrange travel for producers and crew
  • Fulfilling photo requests for USA Network and Bravo
  • Working events, red carpets and parties to run cards, administer numbering and metadata and uploading for distribution
  • Trafficking delivery of photography
  • Facilitate postproduction on assigned shows including file management, talent approvals and editing

    Qualifications/Requirements
    Basic Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s Degree in photography, journalism or communication or related field
  • Minimum 1 year relevant work experience
  • Proficiency using Mac and PC environments and working with various servers
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office- Outlook, Word and Excel

    Eligibility Requirements :

  • Willingness to work overtime and on weekends with short notice; having a flexible schedule to work is key for this role
  • Must be willing to work in New York
  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
