The manufacturing team is looking for an individual to assist with GaN wafer processing efforts in the wafer fab. This role will focus on photolithography wafer production processing. This position will work in a clean room environment, working with chemicals, operating a variety of manual and automated coat, align, develop tools along with steppers, metrology and inspection tools.
Must be able to work D-Shift in a compressed work week schedule. Hours are from 6:00 PM to 6:15 AM Thu- Sat, and alternating Wednesdays.
At least 5 years of experience processing semiconductor wafers with a strong emphasis on Photolithography tools and practices
III-V material processing experience preferred, but not required
Ability to use a microscope and to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to manually handle wafers
Familiar with front-end wafer fabrication methods and equipment including lithography
Past experience with safely handling hazardous chemicals and waste
Capable of working independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with SPC, MES tracking systems, Microsoft Excel and email.
