BASIC JOB FUNCTION:
Create lesson plans that teach movement, fitness, and recreation skills to students between the ages of 13-21 years old in an OPWDD and ACS program.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create lesson plans that teach movement, fitness, and recreation skills to students between the ages of 13-21 years old.
Generate and maintain progress notes for adaptive physical education IEP goals
Collaborate with classroom teachers and all related service providers in order to meet the needs of all of the students
Ensure follow through of Behavior Intervention Plans in a 6:1:3 setting
