The purpose of this position is to evaluate & treat individuals with impaired ability due to disease, injury, or degeneration, utilizing the skills and expertise of a licensed Physical Therapist and within the PT scope of practice.

Current Indiana Physical Therapist licensure.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
Must be organized, self-directed and highly motivated.
Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and positive attitude toward the elderly.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally. Finger, hand dexterity, visual and aurel acuity is necessary. Position requires sitting, standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, stretching, lifting, grasping, and reaching.

Follow physician orders and facility policies and procedures to evaluate and treat patients and complete required documentation of treatment provided.
Provide supervision, direction, and mentorship of PTA staff.
