Physical Therapy License
The Physical Therapist provides evaluation, planning, and implementation of physical therapy services for patients to facilitate the rehabilitation of neuromuscular, musculoskeletal and neurologic impairments; to restore function, and prevent disability following disease, injury or congenital abnormalities. The person in this position shall provide supervision to physical therapy assistants, aides, interns and students.
This position is in our Sports Medicine Department.
Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Physical Therapy Board of California. Current BLS required.
6-12 months experience preferred. Experience or internship in rehabilitation, pediatrics, and/or acute hospital setting also preferred. Experience in pediatric/youth sports and orthopedic specialty areas preferred.

Lift/Push/Pull: 25lbs, over 25# with assistance or equipment
